Head, Neck, Shoulders & Back

£60 – 1 hour

Unwind with this targeted massage designed to ease tension where it builds up most.

Gray uses a combination of techniques to relieve tight muscles, improve circulation, and support deep relaxation across your upper body.

Jing Massage

£60 – 1 hour (£75 initial appointment with consultation)

The Jing Method is especially effective for treating chronic pain, postural issues, stress-related conditions, and muscular discomfort. This is an evidence-informed approach that draws on a fusion of Eastern and Western bodywork. Treatments are carried out on a massage table and may include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and breath-led soft tissue techniques.

I have completed the Jing Institute’s Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist (ACMT) certificate to further refine this therapeutic work.

Your first Jing massage appointment requires a short initial consultation and completion of an intake form.

Thai Yoga Massage

from £60 – 1 to 2 hours

Thai massage — also known as nuad boran — is an ancient, clothed bodywork practice performed on a futon on the floor.

It combines assisted yoga-like stretches, rhythmic pressure using  feet, knees, hands, forearms, and elbows, and acupressure to release tension, improve mobility, and support energy flow. Rooted in mindfulness and compassion (metta), it offers a deeply restorative and meditative experience.

My training in Thai massage began in 2013 as part of my MSc research into deafblind communication and the role of touch. I’ve since deepened my skills through advanced training with the Mudita School of Thai Yoga Massage in Khao Sok National Park, Thailand.
