Accessibility Statement
At Mountain Flow Massage, we are committed to making our services as accessible, respectful, and inclusive as possible.
We understand that each body carries its own history, needs, and limitations. Our aim is to create a welcoming environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported in your journey toward greater ease and well-being—without assumptions or unrealistic promises.
Venue Access
Massage sessions are held in a quiet, peaceful farmhouse setting in the Welsh countryside. The massage room is located on the first floor and is accessible only via stairs. Due to the age and layout of the building, the space is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users or individuals who cannot safely manage stairs.
Home Visits
To offer greater flexibility and access, Gray is happy to arrange home visits. He can bring either a futon mat or massage table, depending on your needs and available space. If you’d like to book a home visit or have any questions about what’s possible, please get in touch directly: info@mountainflowmassage.uk
Communication Support
Gray holds a Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language (BSL) and Level 3 in Deafblind Manual. He is a conversational signer and welcomes Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and Deafblind clients. If you’d like to use BSL or tactile signing during your visit, please let him know in advance so he can ensure you feel as comfortable and supported as possible.
Your Needs Matter
If you have specific access needs, sensory sensitivities, or communication preferences, Gray encourages you to reach out beforehand. Whether you need more information about the environment, want to discuss the treatment approach, or simply have questions about what to expect, you are warmly invited to connect.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing practice of learning, listening, and adapting. If there are ways we can improve or better support you, we are open to feedback and always happy to explore options.
