Hello, I’m Gray — founder of River Flow Yoga and now, Mountain Flow Massage.

My journey into massage therapy is a natural extension of my lifelong exploration of movement, stillness, and the profound wisdom held within our bodies.

With a background as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, and as a specialist in the field of tactile communication, I’ve spent much of my life attuned to the subtleties of non-verbal communication and the healing power of touch.

My massage practice is inspired by the landscapes of Mid Wales — the flowing rivers, the steady presence of the Black Mountains — and guided by my commitment to inclusive, responsive care for all bodies and beings.

I believe that wellness is not a destination but a journey—a rhythm we return to again and again as life shifts and unfolds.

My approach is rooted in presenceEvery session starts with connection —meeting each person where they are in that moment, whether they are seeking relief from pain, space to recharge, or simply a sense of being held with care.

Massage, to me, is more than technique; it is a conversation between the body and the spiritan invitation to pause and listen deeply to what is truly needed. I combine mindful touch with informed technique, yet I also trust my intuition
to guide the flow of the work.

It’s about creating a space where the body feels safe enough to let go, where balance can be restored, and where the simple act of being cared for can ripple outward into the rest of life.

I am inspired by the subtle transformations:
the softening of tension, the breath that comes easier,
the way stillness allows something unspoken to rise to the surface.

These moments—quiet yet profound—are where healing often begins.
Beyond massage, my philosophy draws on my background in yoga, meditation, and time spent in nature with my partner, Matthew Hughes, at River Flow Yoga.

The mountains, with their quiet strength and steady presence, inspire the way I live and work—reminding me that true wellness is grounded, patient, and deeply connected to the world around us.

Whether on the mat, in the therapy room, or on retreat, I aim to support others in finding that natural balance within themselves.
